Bryce Raiford Obituary, Death – Bryce Raiford has sadly passed away. He completed all of his schooling up to the 12th grade and attended Broadmoor High School in the city of Baton Rouge, where he also spent his whole upbringing. In addition to his primary occupation as a landscaper, Bruce also served as the owner of a company called Southern Classic Landscaping. In the years that followed, he was the owner of a company called All Purpose Exterior Cleaning. Bruce was a cheerful and energetic person who had a broad smile on his face at all times.
He had a pleasant disposition. He participated in a variety of motorsports as a hobby, including go-kart racing, dirt bike riding, and auto racing. He loved riding dirt motorcycles as well. The time he got to spend with his kids, though, was what he treasured most of all. He valued it the most out of all things. Bobby and Shirley Raiford, his grandmother and grandfather, his mother and father, Bobby and Shirley Raiford, his sister Sharon Borders, and Felicity Duncan, his grandchild, all gone away before Bruce was born. The only member of his immediate family to survive was Bruce.
His legacy will be carried on by his granddaughter Serenity Duncan, daughter Christina Raiford, son Robert Ellis Raiford, sisters Peggy Brady and Judy Bascome, and a huge number of nieces and nephews after his passing. After he passes away, his son Robert Ellis Raiford will continue to uphold his heritage. A very special thank you is extended to all of his neighbors who helped him during his illness, particularly Michael Ginn, Simone Ginn, John Sullivan, and Patsy Sullivan. They all gave him a lot of love and support.
There will be a memorial service and a celebration of Bryce Raiford’s life on Tuesday, December 27, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. The location of the memorial ceremony and the celebration of life will be the same. Everyone is welcome here who truly cares about Bryce and the rest of our family and who treats them with love and respect.
