Louis Cuppens Death, Obituary – Louis Cuppens, a retired lieutenant general who had been battling illness for a number of years, lost his battle with the cancer and passed away in the early hours of Friday morning, local time in Florida. He had been battling the ailment for a number of years (Okeechobee). On October 31, in Hampton, just before Louis left for Florida, he was honored by being bestowed with The 2022 Queen’s Jubilee Medal.
