The law enforcement officials found him “slumped over” in the driver’s seat of the luxury sedan that had stopped along the trail to investigate a suspicious vehicle. According to the claims made by the authorities, he was taken to the Capital Health Regional Medical Center in a timely manner; nonetheless, he was proclaimed dead as soon as he arrived at the institution.
