On December 13, 2022, Loc Phuoc Nguyen, who had been a resident of Luther, Oklahoma and had been born in Mustang, Oklahoma, passed away. Nguyen had spent the majority of his life in the state of Oklahoma. He was 49 years old at that point in time.
