In the realm of visual art, he was recognized as a trailblazer due to the fact that he was one of the first people to adopt new techniques and was also an innovator in the area as a whole. Through the work that he has done as the founder of 101 Art Gallery, he has been of significant aid to the creative community in Trinidad and Tobago over the period of the gallery’s existence. This is due to the fact that the gallery was founded by him. Since 2003, the exhibition space has been open to the public.
