Roberta Thibodeaux Death, Obituary – Roberta “Berta” Thibodeaux, a member of our very own community, was taken from us unexpectedly and under inexplicable circumstances this afternoon. AccuTox is doing its best to spread this information, but it does so with a heavy heart. In February of 2009, Berta started working for AccuTox, first filling the job of receptionist at the company. She advanced rapidly through the company’s levels and was eventually awarded a promotion to the Billing Department, where she has established herself as an extremely valuable contributor since she was given that position.
Her commitment, work ethic, loyalty, and friendship were qualities that everyone respected, and she will be much missed by everyone who knew her and worked with her. We are keeping her husband, Kenneth, and the rest of her family in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time. They are in our thoughts and prayers as we continue to remember them. The Ordoyne Funeral Home will begin receiving guests at 9 a.m. on the day of the funeral, which will be held on Friday, June 15, and will be open until the time of the ceremony.
The funeral is scheduled to begin at eleven in the morning, and it will be held in the funeral home where the dead was cared for prior to their passing. The funeral service will come to a close, and then the burial will take place in Saint Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by her son, David J. Guillot; daughters, Gaylynn Domangue and husband, Mike, and Dale Birdsong and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Sara Birdsong, Kaitlyn Birdsong, Victoria Falgoust, Nicole Falgoust, Krystal Mayeux and husband, Trent, Bryan Domangue, Joey, Tyler, and Hunter Guillot; and great-grandchildren, Jake and Reid Haley and Alexander Mayeux.
