Steven Peeples Obituary, Death – Police have identified the victim of a shooting that happened early on Sunday morning in North Philadelphia as 39-year-old Steven Peeples. At around 1:40 in the morning, Peeples was found by detectives and a member of his family lying in the living room of his home in the 1300 block of West Lippincott Street. He received gunshot wounds to the head and the abdomen.
Despite being taken to Temple University Hospital, Peeples passed dead there just after 2 in the morning. No information on a potential suspect or a potential reason for the murder has been made public. Steven N. Peeples and his wife Patti, of Mount Vernon, and Scott A. Peeples and his daughter-in-law Beth, of Fultz, Illinois, are Nancy’s two sons and daughters-in-law. besides her faithful hubby. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Sue Williams, her nephew Neil Eddie Williams III, and her older brother Neil “Bud” Williams. Nancy’s older siblings included Sue Williams and Neil “Bud” Williams. Nancy spent some time working as a teacher in District 80. She is a member and often attends Logan Street Baptist Church. Because Nancy was so well-liked, she will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Visitors are welcome to pay their respects at the Huey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon on May 19, 2021, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The funeral services, which start at noon and are open to family and friends, will be officiated by the Reverend Merle Fullerton. The memorial services will take place at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois.
