Joe Power Death, Obituary – The news that Joe Power has passed away after a lengthy fight with illness has left everyone at Arravale Rovers in a profound state of grief. Joe Power was a longtime member of the team. Joe was held in extremely high esteem and held the post of club president throughout his time there. Given the fact that Joe has worked for Arravale Rovers in a variety of capacities over the course of several years and held a number of different roles at the club, it is not difficult to deduce that Joe is loyal to the organization. He has worked there in a number of different capacities over the course of several years.
Joe served on the Arravale committee from 1970 to 1976 and again from 1987 to 1991. His tenure on the committee spanned two different time periods. These years account for the entirety of his service on the committee. In 1987, he was a participant in the event, and at the same time, he served on the field committee that was responsible for arranging it. Throughout the years 1995, 1999, and 2000, Joe served as Vice Chairman and Public Relations Officer for the company, and he worked closely with Chairman Des O’Brien. In 1995, Joe was employed at the company in the role of Public Relations Officer.
