Maribel Roman Death, Obituary – Maribel Orduno Roman, who was 48 years old at the time of the event, has been named as the person who perished in the three-vehicle collision that took place earlier this month in Broomfield. The accident took place earlier this month. On the morning of December 10, about 5:00 a.m., Roman was a party to a collision that took place on Interstate 25, not far from Broomfield. The collision took place close to Broomfield, and it is believed that Roman was driving under the influence of alcohol when it occurred. Emmanuel Delacruz-Jimenez, 23, from Thornton is accused of driving under the influence, and he claims that he has been operating a Jeep Commander since the year 2007.
Trooper Josh Lewis, who works for the Colorado State Patrol, was the one who gave this information. According to Lewis, the collision occurred because Delacruz-Jimenez was driving on Interstate 25 in the incorrect way southbound when she should have been heading northbound. After being taken into custody by law enforcement on December 14, Delacruz-Jimenez was lodged in the inmate population of the Adams County Jail. He is being held on charges of vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving while causing a death while under the influence of alcohol, driving while restrained, failing to provide proof of insurance, and endangering others in a reckless manner.
All of these charges stem from the fact that he caused the death of another person while driving under the influence of alcohol. All of these allegations arise from the same occurrence, which occurred when he was driving under the influence of alcohol and was responsible for the death of another individual. Delacruz-Jimenez was also sent to the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette as a result of the severity of the injuries she received. The male driver of the third car, who was 19 years old, and the female passenger, who was 20 years old, both were from Longmont, and they were both able to get out of the vehicle without sustaining any injuries. The male driver of the third vehicle was the vehicle’s passenger.
The Adams and Broomfield Counties Coroner has issued a statement saying that the cause of Roman’s death as well as the circumstances surrounding his departure are not yet known at this time. The statement also indicates that this information will be disclosed in the near future. In accordance with the statement that was provided by the coroner, this is the case.
