Charles Todd Obituary, Death – Charles Todd of Bridgeport, Connecticut has passed away. Charles was a Special Education Therapeutic Support Facilitator at Bridgeport Public Schools. He studied Education at the University of Hartford and was a former Special Education Paraeducator at Bridgeport Public Schools. Robert Rickard, a resident of Bridgeport, praised Charles Todd on Thursday, calling him “an incredibly wonderful gentleman” and “one of our city’s brightest lights.” A few days ago, Todd passed away.

Despite the fact that I haven’t seen Charles Todd in a while, I will always miss him. You could always count on having a good time if Charles was around since he was such a kind, crazy, and humorous friend. He was such a unique individual with a huge personality and a resonant laugh. He had a good heart and truly cared about his buddies. It seems tough to accept the fact that Charles Todd cannot be replaced. Charles, you are missed and loved, and I am thinking of and praying for your family and friends. You were incredibly significant to a lot of people.
