Today, in the early afternoon hours, Chief Jack Woodard died away at his home in Port Orchard as a result of an unforeseen medical condition. He was a longtime member of the Port Orchard Fire Department. As a volunteer fireman in Port Orchard for a considerable length of time, he gave back to the community and did a lot of good work. The police department had only just acquired a copy of the resignation letter that Woodard had recently submitted to the department.
The letter had been emailed to the police department. Throughout the course of his career, Jack served our town of Poulsbo as the Fire Commissioner for a span of time in addition to his role at Federal Fire, which he has had for a considerable number of years. This role was held by Jack during the course of his career. During that time period, he made significant contributions to the prosperity of that region as a whole, and as a consequence of those efforts, he was awarded for his accomplishments as a result of his successes. As a result of his achievements, he was recognized for his accomplishments as a result of his successes.
