Sean Anderson Obituary, Death – Sean Anderson a Radio host in Ponca City has passed away. Sean Anderson was one of our closest friends, thus his passing has left us all in shock. Over the course of his nearly nine years on the board of the Arts Council, Sean contributed his expertise and experience to aid in the planning and promotion of our events. Sean helped so many people in our community that it is difficult for us to imagine life without him. During this difficult moment, his family needs our warmest condolences.

His warmth, generosity, and compassion, together with his enthusiasm and love for his work, will be remembered most fondly by those who knew him. Steve was kind enough to invite us into his studio multiple times for in-person interviews so we could promote upcoming shows in North Oklahoma. The idea that we won’t be able to hear your kind and a welcoming voice announcing the most recent activities taking place in Ponca City over the radio seems unlikely to be something we will ever get used to.

I will miss you so much, Sean! Our friend, may you find peace and know how much we valued our time with you. The voice that we have all been listening to on the radio for a very long time is the voice that every one of us has come to love and that we shall all terribly miss.
