Drew Davidson Death, Obituary – The tragic passing of our close friend Drew Davidson was brought to our attention today, and the news has left us in a state of disbelief as well as profound grief. We are going to suffer a great deal from his absence. During a significant portion of the period that the Dundonald Bluebell was hosted in our community, Drew served as a member of the organizing committee for the event. In every meaning of the word, Drew exemplified what it meant to be a gentleman. He was the consummate gentleman. It did not seem to matter to him whether we were at Moorside Park or Warout Stadium; he always went out of his way to put us at ease and was very helpful.

Whether we were at Moorside Park or Warout Stadium. His absence will be vividly felt throughout the course of our tournament, in each and every component of it, as well as in his town itself. His absence will have a profound impact. The players and staff of Glenrothes Football Club would like to take this opportunity to express our condolences to everyone at Dundonald, as well as to Drew’s friends and family. We are extremely sorry for your loss. The news of his passing has left us in a state of profound melancholy. Hearing about your loss has left us feeling incredibly sad and helpless.
