Karen Williams Death, Obituary – During the 52 years of her life that she spent working in the education area, Karen held a variety of roles, including those of an intervention specialist and a school psychologist. During this time, she committed a large portion of her life to pursuing this career. She worked for the Streetsboro City School District in addition to the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District up until the year 2019, when she reached the age at which she was eligible for retirement. After that, she did not work for any of those school districts. The things in life that Karen enjoyed the most were fireworks, playing dominoes, cooking, watching game shows, hosting get-togethers, and spending time with her family and friends.
She had a pleasant demeanor, was generous, and was a selfless person who took great joy in supporting those who were having difficulty meeting their financial obligations. She is survived by her son Jay (Kelly) Williams, her grandchildren Cassidy, Jackson, Brennan, Gavin, and Tate Williams, as well as by her sister Barbara (Dr. Robert) Silverberg, her nieces Heather (Mark) Smith and Amy Silverberg, and her sister-in-law Dr. Robert Silverberg. Additionally, she is survived by her sister-in-law Barbara (Dr. Robert) Silverberg. She is survived by her other son Jay (Kelly) Williams, who passed away before her, although her first son Christopher (Bethann) Williams passed away before she did (Karen Bomar).
A memorial service in honor of Karen will be held the following Saturday between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM at the Redmon Funeral Home, which can be found at 3633 Darrow Road in Stow, Ohio 44224. This memorial service is being held in Karen’s honor. We are overcome with a tremendous sense of sorrow after learning of the demise of @Karen4ward7sboe, who served as president of Hillcrest for a long time and had previously held that position. Because to her services, our civic group was able to realize a great deal of success, which is a testament to her importance.
