Micheal Shreve Death, Obituary – On the morning of Friday, December 23, 2022, Michael William Shreve, who had reached the age of 68 at the time of his passing, passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of his own home. His parents, Bill and Beverly Shreve, welcomed him into the world on September 1, 1954, in the town of Fairfield, Illinois. He was their first child and their first kid overall. In Fairfield, on the 28th of August in 1976, Mike and Sharla Mitchell married the marriage. There, the ceremony was really carried out. Mike found joy in many things in life, including farming, spending time with his family, and putting smiles on the faces of children when he took them on hayrides at the Pumpkin Patch.

Mike has spent his whole life working on farms, but before to taking over the family business on a full-time basis in 2003, he worked as a delivery driver for a propane company and as a rural mail carrier for Farmway. Both of these jobs provided him with valuable work experience. Mike’s entire life has been spent toiling away in the fields. He was a member of the Antioch General Baptist Church his whole life and regularly attended services there, where he also served as a deacon for a major amount of his life. He spent a significant portion of his life serving in this position.

Mike is survived by his wife Sharla; his children Jacob (Stephanie) Shreve, Julie Shreve, Sherri (Sam) Greifzu, and Matthew (Ashley) Shreve; twelve grandchildren; three sisters Debbie (Jerry) Webb, Kim (Brad) Owen, and Jill (Jeff) Johnson; and a large number of nieces and nephews. Mike is also survived by a large number of nieces and nephews. Mike passed away on April A big number of Mike’s nieces and nephews are also among those who will miss him after his passing. The passing of Mike occurred in April. Mike is an only kid since his father, Jacob Shreve Sr., passed away before Mike was born; as a result, Mike is an only child.

On Thursday, December 29, there will be a viewing that takes place at the Fairfield First Christian Church and lasts from five o’clock in the evening to seven o’clock. Funeral services will be held in the church on Friday, December 30, at 10 AM, and the burial will take place at the West Antioch Cemetery immediately following the ceremonies. In lieu of flowers, which can be sent to the funeral home, memorial gifts can be made in Mike’s honor to the Fairfield Rural Fire Department. These donations can be delivered to the funeral house.
